Welcome. If you are reading this, you might be carrying a heavy load right now, and I want you to know I am so glad you are here. I’m Revati. As a Registered Psychotherapist holding a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, my greatest passion is helping people feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Practicing alongside a beautifully diverse and culturally informed team, my goal is to offer you a deeply safe, trauma-informed space where you can simply be yourself without judgment.
For over 25 years, I have also had the privilege of working as an Elementary School Teacher. Spending decades in the classroom hasn't just taught me about child development—it has shown me firsthand the incredible resilience of the human spirit. It has given me a compassionate, real-world understanding of how young minds work, how we learn to regulate our emotions, and how to best support the unique needs of every individual.
Therapy isn't about "fixing" you; it is about walking alongside you. Whether you are an adult wrestling with overwhelming anxiety or past trauma, or a parent looking for empathetic support for a child navigating attachment struggles, we will figure this out together. Using a gentle, evidence-based approach, we will work collaboratively to help you and your family process painful moments, overcome daily hurdles, and finally find a sense of lasting peace and balance.

I place a strong emphasis on providing trauma-informed care, recognizing that past experiences deeply impact how we feel and function today. A cornerstone of my approach to healing is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
EMDR is a highly effective, powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help the brain reprocess distressing memories and traumatic events. Rather than simply asking you to talk endlessly about a painful experience, EMDR uses gentle bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements or tapping) to help your nervous system naturally unblock and "digest" stuck emotional pain. Whether we are working through complex trauma, overwhelming anxiety, or early attachment wounds, EMDR allows you to safely process these memories so they become a part of your past, rather than something
With over 25 years of experience as an active Elementary School Teacher, I bring a deep, practical understanding of child and adolescent development to my therapy sessions. I know that children often do not have the vocabulary to sit and explain their complex feelings. That is why I utilize developmentally appropriate modalities like Play Therapy and Art Therapy.
These creative, engaging approaches allow younger clients to safely express their inner world and process big emotions in a way that feels completely natural to them. Whether your child is navigating the unique challenges of ADHD, struggling with daily emotional regulation, or healing from early attachment wounds, I focus on building their resilience and teaching them practical self-regulation strategies. I also provide structured, compassionate support for families undergoing reunification processes, ensuring that both the child and the caregivers are guided through the
When you are navigating the heavy weight of anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, having practical, evidence-based tools can make all the difference. Alongside my trauma processing work, I am highly experienced in utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches are designed to help you understand the deep connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Whether we are using DBT to build concrete emotional regulation skills, CBT to safely challenge unhelpful thought patterns, or ACT to help you navigate difficult feelings while aligning with what truly matters to you, my goal is to equip you with realistic, actionable strategies to face life's challenges with confidence.
