Coaching isn't better than therapy; it's just different! it's designed for exactly where you are right now. Choose coaching to build your future, not to heal your past. It is designed for those who are emotionally well but seek a strategic partner to gain clarity, accountability, and actionable tools to achieve specific goals and maximize their potential.

 


Absolutely! We offer a complimentary discovery call before you begin your wellness journey with us. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see if we are a good fit for you, with no commitment or obligation.

 


Typically, wellness workshops are not covered by most standard insurance plans, including OHIP, as they are considered educational or preventative services. We recommend checking with your specific insurance provider to confirm if you're eligible for reimbursement.
